The registration system changed in 2007/2008. The concept of the Family Id Number is no longer valid. You have or will get a user id and password. The system now also provides tax credit receipts.
Registration for 2008/2009 will begin Online on March 26 and In Person on March 29 at IPSC.

User Ids
If you don’t remember your user id or password, use the “I Forgot My User Id/Password” link on the registration logon page. The system will email you a new one if the email address in the system matches what you give it. It can take up to 15 minutes for the email to get to you. You can update your used id and password once in the system. If this doesn’t work for you, please email support@msinteractive.ca .
The folks available at the WMHA email addresses cannot help you with these user id requests. Please do not email or call them for these purposes. If there is something about the situation that needs WMHA involvement, we will forward the issue to them. You will be cc'd on any forwarded mail.
