The Minor Atom AE team took on the Motown Cup In Detroit Nov 4-6th. Along with a great weekend of friendship, good times and a NHL hockey game the boys took on some serious hockey competition. After three tough games, the boys secured a spot in the finals facing the Markham Waxers.
The championship game was fast paced and full of great plays and close calls. In the end, the Waxers edged out the boys for the win leaving Whitby to claim the silver medal. This is the second tournament in a row that the boys were able to push themselves into the finals in so we are proud of their hard work... Go Wildcats !!
