Whitby Minor Hockey Association remains a non profit organization. Any and all fees charged, including cancellation charges, are directly re-invested in the hockey program.

In terms of the work required to process a refund, we have registration application updates, cancellation form reconciliation, accounting updates to the WMHA books, treasury/board approvals, and ultimately bank authority to draw funds, print the cheque, and mail it. This is often why it takes 2-3 weeks to process a refund, from request to receiving the refund.
